- HR Administration: Ensure accurate payroll coordination, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Learning & Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of junior employees.

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a digital, media, or marketing company.
