Job DescriptionThe purpose of this role is to provide strategic partnership to Senior Leaders in the Commercial organization to develop and implement people and talent plans that support business goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the India People Experience Lead to deliver operational excellence on key people processes and partner with leaders to develop a strong mid-to-long-term people plan that supports the overall business strategy.
This role involves:
- Co-creating people and talent strategy with senior leaders to drive business and functional strategy and operations
- Providing strategic and operational support for business and functional structures, restructuring, change management, acquisitions, and divestments
- Supporting leaders to build strong teams through coaching and enabling managers, robust performance management guidelines, building capability and effectiveness, and leveraging analytics in decision-making
- Ensuring alignment of all strategic and operational elements to global policies and governance processes
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent business acumen, and experience in talent management, business partnering, employee engagement, and ER/IR skills. They will be able to create high-level impact through communication, proactive planning, and leveraging networks and relationships.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A full-time postgraduate degree in Human Resources
- At least 10 years of experience as an HR and CoE Partner
- Demonstrated ability to partner and work with senior leadership team members
