Technical Leadership Role

This is a challenging position that requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. As an Engineering Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of tools, appliances, and equipment across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
  • Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment to guarantee accuracy and precision.
  • Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves to prevent accidents and minimize downtime.
  • Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed to maintain inventory levels.
  • Inspect tools, equipment, or machines to detect any signs of wear or damage.
Leadership and Teamwork:
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Quality and Efficiency:
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards by identifying areas for improvement and implementing new processes.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, and cost-savings.
