Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Manager West to lead our sales strategy in the BFSI and Public Sector verticals.

  • Drive integrated deals and services, leveraging your expertise to achieve business targets.
  • Lead a high-performing team to meet short- and long-term objectives, including revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales plans to meet business goals, focusing on regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including banks, insurance companies, and government agencies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and align strategies.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, or management.
  • Industry certifications in BFSI or Public Sector management are highly valued.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales or business development within the BFSI or Public Sector industries.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, driving sales performance and managing key client relationships.
