Job Summary:
">Financial Reporting Analyst

    We are seeking a skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the financial reporting function, you will be responsible for preparing and compiling disclosures included in SEC filings and Statutory filings for Voya Financial, Inc. and its insurance subsidiaries.

    Your primary responsibilities will include working on various responsibilities associated with Voya's business segments and interacting with various business partners. You will also interact, communicate, and maintain liaison with other functional departments to ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the financial reporting disclosures included in Forms 10-Q and Form 10-K, other US GAAP financial statements as well as Statutory financial statements.

    Additionally, you will prepare analytical reports and utilize various analytical skills and procedures to assist with the understanding and validation of financial statements and disclosures. You will also coordinate, conduct, and document workpapers of financial reporting activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and SOX controls.

    As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will ensure the timeliness and accurate delivery of financial information including analyzing and reporting of financial activities. You will also interact with internal and external auditors as needed and drive process improvements and automation efforts.
