As a regulatory reporting specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly summary reports for key regulators and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams to ensure seamless coverage and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Analyze issues, develop corrective actions, and implement effective escalation processes.
  • Review and enhance processes, procedures, checklists, and reports to guarantee their accuracy.
  • BUILD STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH VARIOUS TEAMS INCLUDING FRONT OFFICE, TECHNOLOGY, LEGAL, COMPLIANCE, AND OPS.
  • Provide project management support to team initiatives and drive centralization of regulatory reporting activities across operations.
  • Manage training and handover of production responsibilities, including business continuity planning arrangements.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve AM Ops strategic goals and implement tactical controls and automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of financial products (FI, currency, SWAPS, and/or Equities).
  • Strong comprehension of regulatory frameworks and practices.
  • Awareness of regulatory risk concerns specific to AM Ops.
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and communicate effectively.
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
