Seamless Operations Specialist

As a Food & Beverage Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations in our outlets. This includes coordinating opening and closing duties, supervising junior team members, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating opening and closing duties to ensure standards are met
  • Supervising junior team members and casual labor under your leadership section
  • Ensuring all tasks assigned are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards
  • Taking and recording restaurant reservations and cancellations in accordance with departmental standards
  • Reconfirming reservations through phone calls or email on a daily basis
  • Delivering food and beverage services in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • Secondary or High school education
  • Additional certifications in Food and Beverage will be an advantage
  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
