Project Coordinator Job Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all project activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience in project management methodologies, Agile practices, and technical proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project plans, coordinate meetings, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions
• Track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field (industrial engineering, economics, or related fields an advantage)
• 3-5 years of project and program management experience within an IT/infrastructure, datacenter, or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of software deployment project life cycles, SDLC best practices, and Agile methodologies
• Expertise in project management methodologies, processes, and practices
• Ability to guide and mentor on large, complex, technical projects
• Technical proficiency with Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence) and other collaboration tools
• Proven experience operating in dynamic global matrix and cross-functional organizations
• Data-driven approach with attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High degree of comfort with presenting to various audiences
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in banking and/or cyber fraud prevention services (advantage)
