  • Implement sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards, promoting eco-friendliness.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and mitigate risks proactively to prevent potential hazards.

Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.
  • Promote open communication, collaboration, and teamwork among engineers.

Financial Acumen

  • Manage annual engineering budgets effectively, ensuring timely approval of expenditures.
  • Approve expenditures for maintenance and capital projects, balancing needs with financial constraints.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Advantageous to possess advanced certifications in facility or energy management.
  • At least 15 years of experience in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
