IT Operations Specialist Role

As an IT operations specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and supporting existing applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements
  • Communicate with clients on project progress, challenges, timelines, and end results
  • Create technical estimations and designs
  • Present technical strategies to clients and gather requirements
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Implement project applications according to specifications
  • Research technical issues and provide recommendations for enhancement
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years hands-on experience in software design, development, database design, and system integration
  • Senior knowledge of Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and SQL server data tools
  • Experience with Dev-Ops tools like GitHub, Jenkins, CICD Pipeline
  • Ability to develop secure solutions and knowledge of industry best practices regarding information security and defensive development
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
