Job Title

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Lead to spearhead the implementation and integration of Manhattan Active technology solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Manhattan Active, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities. They will have a strong background in technology architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. You will also engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in Manhattan Active, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Technology Architecture: Strong background in technology architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for system architecture processes and configurations. Additionally, you will conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of MA WM active hands-on experience.
  • Overall, 8-10 years of support experience in Manhattan 2014/2018/2020 versions.
