Corporate Strategy Lead

This senior leadership position drives strategic planning and execution across the organization. The Corporate Strategy Lead will develop and implement corporate strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related field, preferably within the health insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills facilitate influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and projects is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is critical.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
