Job Title: PF Mines Officer
Are you a mining professional looking for a challenging role? Do you have a passion for safety and training?
As a PF Mines Officer, you will be responsible for preparing quarterly and annual returns as per the Vocational Training Rules, 1966.
You will also be responsible for:
  • Preparing candidate lists for initial and refresher training along with practical training.
  • Training schedules are to match up with production plans to ensure 100% training compliance without affecting production.
  • Preparing modules as per MVTR-1966.
  • Updation of all forms and annexures as per MVTR along with other training records.
  • Responsible for keeping records of training and sending reports to the Chief Inspector of Mines or the Regional Inspector of Mines having jurisdiction over the training centre.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
  • Active participation in safety training, safety sub-committees, standard champions meetings, and any safety events.
  • Preparing MIS reports and responsible for updating QCDIP and LCM.
  • To know about IMS and other system requirements and documents for non-conformity in sections during internal and external audits or assessments.
