Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media professional to join our team as a Client Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading client relationships, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring advertising accounts deliver business impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Paid Media and Digital Strategy, with experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations.
  • Oversee paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Translate client goals into actionable strategies and measurable KPIs.
  • Analyse performance data and present insights to clients with clear recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and media teams to deliver integrated digital strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns align with best practices and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years' experience in Paid Media account management or digital client services.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and PPC strategy.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
