About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Account Manager to oversee paid media campaigns, lead client relationships, and drive business results. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing client expectations, translating goals into actionable strategies, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, deliver high-quality service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and media teams to deliver cohesive strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years' experience in digital account management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid media, PPC strategy, and campaign optimization.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
