Job Title

The position entails installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of equipment. Key responsibilities include providing technical support for products on-site and in the shop, instructing customers on equipment operation and maintenance, and performing audits of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, retrofit, and provide technical support for Schneider products on-site and in the shop.
  • Work on competitive equipment may also be part of the role.
  • Instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide technical instruction and guidance to new and less experienced service representatives.
  • Maintain service equipment, tools, and documentation.
  • Identify sales opportunities and submit them to sales teams in the system.
  • Perform basic audits of customers' electrical systems and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical protection systems, electrical equipment safety parameters, and its operation philosophy.
  • Knowledge of GIS, AIS, Protection Relay, and Transformers.
  • Knowledge of switchgear, transformer, motor operation, industry application, Modbus Profibus communication, IEC 61850 protocol, Ethernet switch, Gateway, Router, and its application in digital network.
  • Knowledge of system architecture in-terms of digital network and cybersecurity.
