Job Role: Technical Field Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Fresher to join our team as a Technical Field Service Specialist. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to customers, resolving complex issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site assessments and repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Perform diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance services to resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to concerns and addressing issues in a professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints, evaluate problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Determine root causes of technical issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Efficiently manage field service calls to maintain a positive reputation and excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using technical tools and equipment.
