Job Overview:
A Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to identify their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as a team player, and possess quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination with branches to enhance sales performance.
- Assume full accountability for all aspects of sales in the branch.
- Selling SBIMF products and generating sales through prospecting and networking.
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Penetrating key accounts and originating upselling opportunities.
- Ensuring adherence to sales processes and requirements.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of industry experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Thorough understanding of our products and regulatory framework.
