Renewal Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in powering the world's communication with secure and reliable networks.
Key Responsibilities:- You will execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts.
- Notify and assist customers with migrating to cloud-based ordering platforms at the time of renewal.
- Find and execute upsells within your customer base to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure invoice accuracy and work closely with Finance to ensure timely payment collection.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize business outcomes.
- Embrace automation and AI-driven tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in SaaS-based applications and cloud technology.
- Experience working with CRM systems preferred.
- Self-starter with high energy and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
