Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations and Support
  1. Provide remote assistance for employees' technical issues.
  2. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  3. Develop and maintain IT support documentation.
  4. Manage user permissions and access controls.
  5. Monitor system security and compliance.
  6. Support the setup of VPN, endpoint security, and multi-factor authentication.
  7. Implement IT security best practices.
  8. Perform regular security audits.
  9. Respond to IT security incidents.
  10. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  3. Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  4. Experience with cloud-based tools and technologies.
  5. Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
