Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and vetting legal documents related to real estate projects, providing legal advice and support to the business teams, and staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents for real estate financing transactions;
- Providing legal advice and guidance to the business teams on matters such as loan origination and acquisition, construction funding, and other financial transactions;
- Staying current with changes in laws and regulations affecting real estate and construction funding;
- Developing and implementing training programs for front and back-end teams on legal matters;
- Collaborating with external law firms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in legal document drafting and review;
- Strong knowledge of banking, corporate, and property laws, including RBI Guidelines, Companies Act, Contract Act, Arbitration Act, and RERA;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
