Key Responsibilities

* Provide legal advice on contracts, property transactions, and compliance matters.

* Draft, review, and finalize agreements, MoUs, and related documents.

* Handle disputes, arbitration, and litigation as required.

* Ensure compliance with RERA and other statutory regulations.

* Liaise with external legal consultants and government authorities.

Requirements

* LLB/LLM with 5+ years of experience in real estate law.

* Strong understanding of property and contract law.

* Excellent drafting, advisory, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to represent the company confidently in legal matters.
