Ecommerce Growth Strategist

As the Head of D2 C Ecommerce, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our online direct-to-consumer business.
About the RoleYou will lead a cross-functional team to optimize the ecommerce experience, increase conversion rates, boost customer engagement, and expand our digital footprint.
This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the D2 C ecommerce strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer growth targets.
- Lead and manage ecommerce operations including website management, UX/UI optimization, digital merchandising, and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic through SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate programs.
- Analyze performance data and customer insights to optimize conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
- Oversee the development of digital content, promotions, and product launches tailored to the D2 C audience.
- Work closely with logistics and customer service to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
- Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
