About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned software architect to drive the technical direction and vision for complex systems. As a key member of the engineering leadership, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant services.

You will partner with product management to envision future features and plan product roadmaps. Your clear vision and long-term strategy will guide the development of ambitious goals, ensuring high-quality, secure, and observable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical leadership and vision for complex systems
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant services
  • Partnership with product management to envision future features and plan product roadmaps
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 15+ years of technical engineering leadership experience
  • 5-10+ years of experience in large-scale distributed system development, including hands-on operational experience
  • Possession of strong understanding of software engineering principles and modern infrastructure operations
Preferred Technologies

We use a range of technologies, including:

  • Microsoft technologies: C# (.NET Core, .NET Framework), TypeScript & NestJS, Node.js
  • Microservices, event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka or any other event processing service
  • Cloud platforms: AWS preferred (EC2, S3, Lambda, EFS, ECS, EKS, API Gateway, SQS, IAM, VPC)
  • GenAI technologies: LLM fine-tuning, RAG architecture implementation, prompt engineering
  • Databases: Relational (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, DocumentDB, OpenSearch/ElasticSearch)
  • Observability tools: Splunk, ELK Stack, DataDog
