We are seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our mission to increase economic freedom in the world.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing scalable systems to solve novel problems with modern cloud technology and industry best practices
  • Building new services using Golang / Java to meet critical product and business needs
  • Collaborating with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn product and technical visions into tangible roadmaps

You will be part of a team processing hundreds of billions in payments across 100s of countries, ensuring timely and consistent execution of transactions like purchases, sales, deposits, withdrawals, and trades for retail and institutional clients. Our extensive reach is made possible through deep integrations with banking systems, credit cards, and digital wallets.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in architecting large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong technical skills for system design and coding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a bias toward open and transparent cultural practices

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with growth experiments or A/B testing frameworks
  • Knowledge of Blockchain technology (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)
  • Experience with Golang, Docker, Rails, Postgres, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
