Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our revenue management group, you will play a vital role in assisting with room rate strategies to maximize revenue.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior Revenue Managers to analyze market trends and optimize pricing
  • Monitor online travel agencies (OTAs) and update content/rates to ensure accurate representation of our hotel's offerings
  • Work closely with sales and reservations teams to drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Track leads, RFPs, and group business opportunities to identify new revenue streams and capitalize on them
Requirements
  • Basic hotel experience in reservations, front office, or sales support is preferred
  • A strong interest in revenue management and a desire to build a career in the field is essential
  • Good computer skills, including Excel and property management systems (PMS), are required
  • Comfortable working remotely during US shift hours and able to adapt to changing priorities
