Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue and Reservation Manager located in Kumarakom, Kottayam. The Revenue and Reservation Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to reservations, pricing, customer service, communication, sales, and training.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Reservations and Sales
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Training experience in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of revenue management practices in a 5* property
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
