As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 15-30 members, managing underwriting, policy administration, claims, and submissions. You will also be required to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

  • Manage performance, attrition, and grievance management
  • Maintain excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in P&C Insurance
  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any discipline
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a US shift
  • Prior experience in submissions, underwriting, and support is preferable
