We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager.

As a key member of our organization, the Customer Success Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our products by our customers. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, developing strategic plans to meet customer needs, and providing exceptional support to ensure their continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Help customers develop success plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
  • Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals and drive business growth.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization and improving overall satisfaction.
  • Lead POCs for upsells and participate in pilot results presentations, QBR's and ABR's with key accounts.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success, particularly in managing major accounts.
  • Technical expertise in the cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
