We're seeking a skilled Customer Service and Online Content Specialist to join our team. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for creating and managing online listings, handling customer inquiries, and conducting research to support pricing and product accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience working with online marketplaces and customer support platforms. You'll work closely with our local sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date postings, and enhance existing postings by adding more complete information and optimizing for customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing product postings on platforms such as OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other relevant channels.
  • Regularly tracking sold items and removing or updating postings accordingly.
  • Maintaining communication with the local sales team to ensure accurate and up-to-date postings.

You'll also be responsible for responding to inquiries via OfferUp, Facebook, Craigslist, internal emails, phone calls, and voicemails within 24 hours. Your goal is to provide timely and effective customer support.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong English communication skills, a highly organized and self-motivated approach, and the ability to work independently during designated hours. Experience with online marketplaces and customer support platforms is an advantage.
