As a Sales Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales cycle forward.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Development Professional. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, during which performance will be closely monitored. Based on meeting defined Key Performance Indicators and business headcount availability, successful candidates may be converted to permanent employment before or at the conclusion of the contract period.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients using provided leads, introduce projects, and assess interest and requirements.
- Appointment Coordination: Confirm and schedule visits or meetings, and keep the CRM updated with appointment details and outcomes.
- Follow-ups & Engagement: Maintain consistent communication via calls, messages, or email to nurture leads and convert interest into site visits or client engagements.
- CRM & Database Management: Ensure accurate data entry in CRM track client interactions, lead status, site visit outcomes, and next steps.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to share updates on client interactions and follow-up progress.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience: 1 + year in telesales, customer interactions, or support roles (industry agnostic)
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written command in English and local language(s)
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools
