About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to spearhead the launch and scaling of SaaS products in the fintech space. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven professional with a proven track record of delivering transformative growth and advisory solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of strategic planning, tactical execution, and analytical skills. They should have experience building and executing go-to-market strategies that drive traction through digital communities, partnerships, and unconventional distribution tactics.

A strong understanding of US market go-to-market strategies is essential, as well as hands-on experience with distribution tactics via Reddit, Twitter, Discord, startup forums, affiliate forums, and community networks. A data-driven mindset and comfort in high-ownership environments are also vital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for launching new fintech SaaS products in the US market.
  • Promote awareness and adoption through engagement campaigns in micro-communities.
  • Cultivate distribution partnerships with accelerators, fintech incubators, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems.
  • Design and run growth experiments to rapidly test acquisition channels and optimize conversion rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record in launching and scaling SaaS/fintech products.
Essential Technical Skills
  • Hands-on experience with distribution tactics via Reddit, Twitter, Discord, startup forums, affiliate forums, and community networks.
  • Strong understanding of US market go-to-market strategies.
  • Comfort in high-ownership, resource-limited environments.
