Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Cluster Sales Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and developing effective strategies to drive business results. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets;
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance sales performance;

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role;
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
