Job Opportunity

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems that support our operations platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of services with applications, databases, and other core systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to scalable architecture design and development
  • Own product lifecycle from conceptualization through development and deployment
  • Implement Test-Driven Development practices including comprehensive unit tests
  • Build reusable code and libraries for efficiency and consistency
  • Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability
  • Implement security best practices and data protection regulations
  • Maintain technical documentation for all systems and processes

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong programming foundation in Python including debugging and performance analysis
  • Experience in web application development and APIs REST, XML, open sources, and Django/Flask frameworks
  • Expertise in secure software development and sensitive data handling
  • Well-established experience in all phases of development requirement gathering, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • In-depth knowledge of Source Code Repository and Git experience
  • Hands on DB design & Architecture focusing on performance
  • Caching techniques and utilities like Memcache/Redis
  • Apache, Nginx, or web/app server experience
  • Docker containerization tool experience
  • Enterprise level deployment and scaling experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, sensitive data handling, and data protection regulations
  • Design scalable and efficient backend systems for growing needs
