Job Description

As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll drive business expansion and strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Insights: Lead business data analysis, build dashboards to track conversions, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI. Partner with marketing to connect web traffic to revenue attribution.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, competitive trends, and white spaces. Build mini-strategies for growth experiments.
  • Sales Enablement & Operations: Own CRM automations, manage sales reporting, support sales enablement, and identify process improvements for sales efficiency.
  • Project Execution: Act as the program manager for strategic initiatives, create project plans, set timelines, drive accountability, and ensure end-to-end execution of high-priority projects.
