We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Leadership Professional to assume a pivotal role in our Credit Analysis department.

This individual will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of highly skilled analysts, driving business growth through strategic underwriting decisions, and ensuring seamless integration with our global organization.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of credit analysis, particularly within the real estate sector, and exposure to international markets. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Credit Analysis Team: Directly supervise and mentor a team of analysts to ensure high-quality underwriting standards and efficient operations.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to formulate business strategies that drive growth, minimize risk, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain Quality Metrics: Establish and monitor quality control processes to guarantee adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Timely Execution: Oversee daily underwriting pipelines and queues to ensure prompt completion, balanced workloads, and effective resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • Pg/Master's Degree: Hold a postgraduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Professional Qualifications: Possess additional financial certifications, such as US CFA Level 2+ or FRM Level 2.
  • Credit Analysis Experience: Bring significant experience in credit analysis, especially within the real estate industry, with exposure to international markets considered an asset.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate a strong ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, promoting collaborative environments and driving business growth.
  • International Exposure: Showcase experience working with offshore teams and managing global clients.
