Audience Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a seasoned senior operations professional to spearhead audience acquisition and oversee end-to-end management of multiple events & campaigns.

A key challenge is developing and executing strategies that drive attendance growth, manage complex event operations, and foster long-term client and partner engagement.

  • Develop multi-channel outreach strategies (email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing) to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Built high-quality B2B databases for accurate targeting and segmentation of campaigns.
  • Drive consistent audience growth with measurable improvement in attendee conversion and retention.
Event Operations Excellence

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple events simultaneously from planning to delivery.

Collaborate with business teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.

  • Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).
Stakeholder Management

Manage senior client relationships ensuring impeccable service delivery and resolution of escalations.

Partner with sponsors, partners, and CXO-level executives to build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.

  • Align with internal cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, creative, tech) to ensure project objectives are met.
Leadership & Team Development

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of managers, analysts, and operations professionals.

Define KRAs, monitor performance, and ensure structured training and skill development.
