The Project Director role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of projects—from planning and design coordination to construction, interiors, finishing, and handover.

This is a high-impact leadership position for an execution-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

We seek an experienced individual with 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 5 years in luxury projects. Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality is strongly preferred.

Key responsibilities include leading project planning & execution, ensuring quality & detailing, team leadership & engagement, financial & contractual oversight, and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project budgets, billing, and cost controls for all streams (civil, interiors, construction).

They will also manage contract negotiations and navigate fragmented supply chains while proactively mitigating risks, cost escalations, and delays without compromising delivery.

Stakeholders will include the COO, Central Planning, Analysis & Support cell, and leadership team on strategy, priorities, and execution pipelines.

Collaboration will be key to ensuring seamless alignment between Sales, Architecture, Construction, and Interior Design stakeholders.
