As a seasoned executive search leader, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling a new business vertical within our organization.

This role involves shaping leadership talent strategies and advising boardrooms with expertise and precision. You will work closely with global enterprises to anticipate their future needs and deliver impactful results.

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 18 years of proven experience in executive search, a strong track record in leadership and C-Suite hiring, exposure to global markets (particularly India and the GCC landscape), and the ability to thrive in high-trust advisory roles.

You will also be responsible for building and mentoring a team of search consultants, ensuring best-in-class outcomes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is an expert in leadership hiring, with a builder's mindset and a passion for creating, nurturing, and scaling a practice with excellence.
