We provide end-to-end solutions from requirement understanding to implementation and post-installation support, break fixes, and AMCs.
About the RoleThis position requires 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of success.
You will lead a team of 15-20 people and own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Sales Team Handling of 15 to 20 people
- Developing business and achieving sales goals
- Technical and commercial meetings
- Providing full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Market Analysis
- Decision Making
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales potential for different territories
- Handling complaints
We are looking for someone with:
- A proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus point
- Hands-on experience with selling of Sewage treatment, water treatment, and wastewater treatment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Worked in an industry relevant to waste water treatment & Industrial Water treatment
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/B.tech in business administration, sales or relevant field
The salary range for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per year, depending on your interview and last CTC.
