Customer Support Professional

Effective customer service is crucial in delivering a seamless experience for our clients. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various channels such as phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve complaints promptly while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Manage accurate customer records using Excel and internal tools
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates to customers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate quick resolutions
  • Monitor and track complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer service experience
  • Prepare regular reports for management review
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer support or service roles
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, filters, reports)
  • Strong time management and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or apparel is advantageous
