Our workplace is situated in the heart of Walkeshwar, Mumbai, providing easy access to public transportation and other amenities.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional experiences for our luxury clientele.

  • Manage client interactions through various channels, including calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person communication.
  • Provide timely, professional, and solution-oriented responses to client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, orders, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Support:

  • Develop and implement CRM campaigns to drive client retention and satisfaction.
  • Analyze client interactions to identify areas for improvement and optimize our services.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to resolve client queries and provide seamless support.

CRM & Process Management:

  • Identify recurring issues and develop process improvements to enhance our services.
  • Track and analyze client feedback to inform our service delivery strategies.
  • Report on key metrics, including customer trends, loyalty, and retention rates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in CRM, luxury retail, or related industries, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
  • Strong skills in CRM tools, MS Office, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
