We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Financial Professional to handle our accounting and financial operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, including preparing and verifying purchase and sales bills, controlling cash flow, and managing creditors.

  • Prepare and verify purchase and sales bills, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.","
  • Control cash flow, prepare vouchers, and enter daily transactions into the accounting system.","
  • Manage creditors, process vendor payments, and coordinate with bankers for daily operations.","
  • Handle letters of credit documentation and liaise with banks for efficient transaction processing.","
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.","
  • Compute salaries and wages, maintain attendance records, and prepare stock statements for banks.","
  • Assist in finalizing accounts, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.","
  • Draft official letters related to accounts and statutory matters.","
  • Develop management information systems (MIS) reports for informed decision-making.
","Key Skills and Qualifications:","
  • A degree in B.Com (Accounting/Finance) or equivalent.","
  • A strong understanding of Indian taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.","
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.

We require an analytical and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple timelines.

","Job Requirements:","
  1. Ensure income tax compliance, compute TDS, and file returns on time.","
  2. Fulfill GST obligations, register amendments, generate challans, and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.","
  3. Process PF and ESI contributions, generate UANs, and manage employee registrations.","
  4. Maintain legacy compliance records for VAT/CST and Excise Duty.
