This role involves marketing consultants, achieving placement targets, and building relationships with vendors.
Daily tasks include drafting and sending emails to vendors, calling potential clients and vendors, understanding client requirements, negotiating payments and payment terms, coordinating with POCs and consultants on bench for interviews and placements.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and vendor management
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and terms
- Knowledge of US states and visa terms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient with email marketing and cold calling
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience working in the US staffing industry is mandatory (especially into bench marketing)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
