Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Credit Operations Professional to support the Credit Department in delivering high-quality services to corporate banking customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor operational aspects of facilities granted to customers, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Verify CARM applications and confirm security documentation before facilities are drawn down.
  • Maintain awareness of operational risk and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Group Policy and internal control standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 8-12 years of overall Credit Operations experience.
  • Excellent numerical skills, attention to detail, and delivery focus.
  • Strong planning, organizing, commercial, and financial management skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure under high-pressure scenarios.
  • Strong relationship management capabilities, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
