Job Title: Marketing Automation Manager We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Manager to lead our marketing automation efforts and drive business growth through data-driven insights. Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and automating manual processes and workflows, as well as setting up performance measurement tools that enable us to convert raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to optimize marketing efficiency.

You will be responsible for formulating short-term and long-term client visions for each phase of the customer lifecycle, participating in delivering pitches, creating comprehensive strategies and roadmaps, engaging with diverse stakeholders, providing vital support to marketing and customer acquisition teams, collaborating closely with data teams, assessing impact on the holistic customer experience, and facilitating training and development of the marketing team.

 Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing automation or a wider digital marketing role for a high growth business
  • Experience in setting up automated campaigns in Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap)
  • Experience in implementing web tracking technologies (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowflake etc)
  • Expertise in translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high growth environment
  • Strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals
  • Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects
  • Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and other relevant privacy regulations
