  • Providing technical responses to queries and offering solutions based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding sales requirements and preparing proposals and quotes within the same day.
  • Sending quotes to customers and tracking projects as advised by the sales head.
  • Securing advance payments from customers to initiate production.
  • Filing tenders and vendor registration.
  • Responding to customer queries within an hour and coordinating internally to deliver accurate information.
  • Resolving complex inquiries from customers within 24 hours and maintaining open communication.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a coordinator.
  • 1 year of experience in a sales coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
