Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Finance Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our fixed assets register, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Fixed Assets Register: Ensure all assets are properly tagged and recorded in the system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Oversee Insurance Process: Coordinate yearly fixed assets verification with branches and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Create and Dispose of Assets: Utilize Oracle Fusion to create and dispose of assets, adhering to GST compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various user departments for issue resolution, fostering effective communication.
Qualification Requirements
  • Education: Hold an MBA, M.com, or equivalent qualification, with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Demonstrate good understanding of accounting entries and principles, possess skills in MIS reporting, trackers, and other related tools.
  • Experience: Have hands-on experience with MS Excel, working knowledge of TDS and GST regulations, and familiarity with Oracle Fusion.
