Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert to act as a strategic bridge between IT and Finance/Procurement teams. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP finance and accounting processes, and the ability to evaluate, align, and deliver initiatives that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Finance leadership to assess initiatives for SAP standard fitment.
  • Ensure governance and compliance, and enable analytics to support smarter decision-making.
  • Provide expertise in SAP FICO and PS modules—covering design, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Support integration of Finance with Procurement and other business functions.
  • Facilitate weekly alignment meetings with Finance leadership for transparency and prioritization.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and audit readiness for finance systems.
  • Oversee IT service management (incidents, requests, changes) for Finance/Procurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics and reporting initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of experience in SAP FICO and PS.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes: AP, AR, GL, Asset Management, Controlling, Project Costing.
  • Proven ability to evaluate initiatives against SAP standards and propose best-fit solutions.
  • Experience as an IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, or Service Manager in Finance/Procurement.
  • Understanding of Procurement and Analytics integration with Finance.
  • Knowledge of ITIL-based service management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to engage senior executives.
  • Experience in SAP reporting and analytics (BW, SAC, BI).
