Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Quoting Coordinator. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quotes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Additionally, they will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, and possess knowledge of hose pipes, valves, fittings, hydraulic & pneumatic components, and related technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of quotations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Maintain records of quotations and updates the status of quotes in the system
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues

Requirements

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage and coordinate the preparation of quotations
  • Knowledge of Hose Pipes and Related Components: Knowledge of hose pipes, valves, fittings, hydraulic & pneumatic components, and related technical specifications
  • Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration: A degree in mechanical engineering or business administration is preferred but not required
  • Experience with SAP/ERP: Experience with SAP/ERP is a plus
